Boost your team's performance with our specialized Functional Sports Performance Training. Tailored for team sports, this evidence-based program enhances functional movement, biomechanical efficiency, and conditioning to maximize athletic abilities and prevent injuries.

Small Group Performance Training

Optimize your physical performance with evidence-based functional training in a semi-private group setting. Designed for 2 to 4 participants, each session is customized to target your group’s specific goals—whether enhancing athletic performance, increasing functional strength, or improving overall movement efficiency.

Our approach integrates scientifically supported techniques such as dynamic mobility exercises, progressive resistance training, bodyweight movements, and core stability drills. These methods are rooted in biomechanics and neuromuscular research to enhance motor control, strength, and joint stability, all of which are critical for improving sports performance and reducing the risk of injury.

The small-group format combines individualized coaching with the benefits of group motivation. By following a tailored program with expert guidance on form and progression, participants experience more efficient and sustainable results.

STEPS TO JOIN -

  1. Choose your own group of 2-4 people - discuss common goals

  2. Choose a training package - (we suggest a minimum of an 8-week commitment, meeting twice per week - 16 sessions in total).

Avant’s 8 and 12 week intensive training programs (Level 1 - PlyoSpeed & Level 2 - PlyoPower) are designed for dedicated young athletes aspiring to elevate their athletic capabilities. Rooted in the latest evidence-based training practices, our methodology focuses on the biomechanics of movement to ensure athletes acquire foundational training techniques to develop optimal movement patterns that maximize their performance and mitigate preventable injuries.

Our specialized approach integrates functional training methods to enhance neuromuscular control, agility, balance, flexibility, strength, and power.   • Typically with volleyball you are guaranteed some ankle sprains and most likely knee issues. The one ankle issue we did have , amongst 60 athletes training daily for 3 straight months, was able to return to play in a shorter period of time due to having more strength in her ankle and balanced surrounding muscles than had she not been following Coach Bachmann’s sports performance regime.

    Coach Bachmann also brings a level of energy and positivity that is unmatched by any instructor that I've brought into my gym.
