    Depending on personal goals, we begin training with either a functional movement screening assessment or an OPEX Level 1,2,3,or 4 assessment. From the assessments, we build a detailed understanding of your biomechanic movements and tailor programs for peak conditioning and mental resilience to help you achieve your personal goals.

Whether you’re keen to train alongside other athletes or are a team already scoring goals together, our research-informed programs will help you maximize personal ability, prevent injury and up your game. Typically with volleyball you are guaranteed some ankle sprains and most likely knee issues. The one ankle issue we did have, amongst 60 athletes training daily for 3 straight months, was able to return to play in a shorter period of time due to having more strength in her ankle and balanced surrounding muscles than had she not been following Coach Bachmanns sports performance regime.
